We are a secret gem in the heart of Welwyn Garden City – an oasis of healing, wellbeing and transformation.
Elley Medispa was born from love, strength and the wish to help others reconnect with themselves.
Our story began when Elley moved to England in 2011 to join her daughter Nasrin, who had just finished her studies in Mechanical Engineering. Wanting to stay active and connected, they decided to create a small space where everyone would be welcomed warmly — not just as clients, but as guests and friends.
Living with Multiple Sclerosis, Elley found that love, movement, and self-care gave her strength to keep moving forward. She became a yoga and squash teacher, inspiring others with her energy and positive spirit. Her journey became the heart of Elley Medispa — to encourage everyone to pause, love themselves, and find peace in caring for their mind and body.
Nasrin first joined to support her mum, but soon found her own deep connection with people — seeing how kindness and care could change someone’s day. Inspired by this, she went on to complete a Master’s degree in Ayurvedic Herbal Medicine, bringing together ancient wisdom and modern understanding to help others heal naturally.
As our journey grew, so did our vision. At Elley Medispa, we believe confidence and wellbeing come from harmony — where spirituality and modern science meet. Our advanced aesthetic treatments blend with holistic approaches to help you feel and look your best — because true beauty shines when body, mind, and soul are aligned.

Eli and Nasrin share a passion and commitment to the treatments the organisation uses – techniques based to some extent on standard health and wellbeing methods, but they taken much deeper and made more holistic and powerful in their effect. Much of their expertise in this area derives from our backgrounds, particularly Eli’s use of health and wellbeing techniques to address her Multiple Sclerosis and improve her overall health.
Both Eli and Nasrin want to use their knowledge and skills to help people and make them feel better and happier. They are passionate about what they do – and this shows in the quality of service delivered, the atmosphere they create, and the special feeling that clients get when they come to the Elley Health Centre.
